CROSS CULTURAL TRAINING.
BTM helps companies and organisations gain insights and develop their capability of working with non-English speaking markets. The primary focus of the workshops are on Japan and other Asian markets.
Each 1 - 1 .5 hour workshop is presented online or in-person by Tony Boot, Director. Tony has visited Japan 90+ times, is a Vice Chair on the Japan New Zealand Business Council, and has conducted presentations relating to Asian markets for Tourism New Zealand, Regional Councils, North Asia Capes, export businesses, and others, over many years.
Workshops are tailored to the audience; senior management, sales & marketing teams or front line staff. Content is based around personal experiences, interviews, and examples from a wide range of sources.
